The Plumber - New Construction and Service

We had this company come out a few months ago to help with a pipe connected to our toilet, with the help of the city they discovered that there was a collapsing pipe. Fast forward to a few weeks ago we called to have them come and look at it. After a week of calling they said they would send someone out. When their employee came out he arrived at our house and was gone within 4 minutes. He said that he would talk to the previous employee who worked on the house and call in the morning. The company never called. I wouldn't suggest using them if you are in need of services ASAP, they seem to not care about calling people back or even coming and seeing if they can provide service.

No small jobs

After we experienced a catastrophic failure of our septic system, we decided that we needed to get connected to the city sewer. I called THE PLUMBER INC. after getting several recommendations from local residents who were happy customers. Vic and Nick stopped by the next day to look at some possible solutions and came up with a plan to get our house tied into the city sewer. Vic worked with the city utility department and got us on the schedule quickly. Our old house presented some unique challenges, but Nick and the crew were able to have us back up in one day. The pump installation and new plumbing was done neatly and professionally, with minimal disturbance to the lawn and landscaping. The next day, the guys returned to fill the old septic tank, and decommission that system. They basically took care of everything, and all for what we considered a very reasonable cost.
