Bates Electric

After I had waited for two weeks for the previous electrician to show up, the company informed me they would not be able to come in. I was given Bates Electric's information and booked an appointment. They met me on time, explained their services and what they could provide within my budget. Within the next 48 hours my proposal was emailed to me with all the details I required and I accepted the offer and we signed a contract. After that everything went according to plan, there were no delays in them doing anything and everything was finished when it should have been. I received a bill upon completion of the service which I paid immediately.

Our electrician was Ryan here in Fort Myers. He arrived on time and quickly went to work to analyze a very complex problem with her GFI’s he worked until the problem was resolved to our satisfaction. The results leave us with a safe system, and all plugs functioning well. Ryan was very friendly and polite, and answered all of our questions. If I need electrical work again, I will certainly call Bates and ask for Ryan to do it.

I've used Bates Electric twice, once for my home and once for my mother's. Both experiences were excellent. The electricians were prompt, courteous, and professional.
