Bates Electric

After I had waited for two weeks for the previous electrician to show up, the company informed me they would not be able to come in. I was given Bates Electric's information and booked an appointment. They met me on time, explained their services and what they could provide within my budget. Within the next 48 hours my proposal was emailed to me with all the details I required and I accepted the offer and we signed a contract. After that everything went according to plan, there were no delays in them doing anything and everything was finished when it should have been. I received a bill upon completion of the service which I paid immediately.

Hired these guys to install a 50 amp power inlet. Tech showed and said he needed to get parts. Came back and installed a 50 amp outlet and charged $210 for materials. Called them back to replace it and I provided the correct parts. Tech switched the parts, took the outlet and told me to call the office for a refund of the materials. I've called and emailed repeatedly and get no response. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading
