I have been dealing with coastal roofing and waterproofing since january 2018, ive had nothing but aggravation in dealing with the company and the foreman assigned to the claim they also have a co company called allphase located in arizona. permits with the city werent pulled on time and when they were posted they were never updated so the job was at a stand still for approval from buildings dept.. i even had to go to cape coral buildings dept to straighten out the mess in the paperwork. nothing like doing somebody else job , i had roof shingles sitting on top of my roof for a couple of months before the work was even started, go figure. the company has many bad reviews and the reviews speak for itself , my roof is now completed but i would never use or reccommend them to anybody, stand clear of this company, you will be glad you did.

They tell you that they are experts in handling you claim because they know the ins and outs of doing business with insurance companies and have knowledge of local laws. You wind up waiting for updates on their progress and when you inquire you find out there is no progress and then you get an endless amount of finger pointing and finally the task of getting things done is dropped in your lap.

We had Coastal Roofing install our new roof. Our salesperson, Dan Stramaglio was always there for us whenever we had questions or concerns and never failed to return our phone calls. During the entire process, Dan went above and beyond service to be sure we were satisfied and understood everything that was going on. The workers always arrived on time, took pride in their work and were very polite. When the roof was completed we were very satisfied. They did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend Coastal Roofing and Dan to anyone who is thinking about replacing their roof.
