They tell you that they are experts in handling you claim because they know the ins and outs of doing business with insurance companies and have knowledge of local laws. You wind up waiting for updates on their progress and when you inquire you find out there is no progress and then you get an endless amount of finger pointing and finally the task of getting things done is dropped in your lap.

We had Coastal Roofing install our new roof. Our salesperson, Dan Stramaglio was always there for us whenever we had questions or concerns and never failed to return our phone calls. During the entire process, Dan went above and beyond service to be sure we were satisfied and understood everything that was going on. The workers always arrived on time, took pride in their work and were very polite. When the roof was completed we were very satisfied. They did a wonderful job and we would highly recommend Coastal Roofing and Dan to anyone who is thinking about replacing their roof.

The company promised in writing that the work on our house will start in December 2017. It's now April 2018 and nothing has been done. They were supposed to deal with insurance company, there was no contract made. They told me that permits take 6 weeks, it took 4 days. We have given a substantial down payment. Now we are trying to get our money back. They do not return phone calls, emails or text messages. Do not deal with them
