We received a recommendation to use Gulf Coast Roofing, and they performed a repair on our roof in March 2019. A very unprofessional repair person worked for more that a week to do a simple repair, often leaving our roof open after he worked for a couple of hours, and leaving our screens open against our request. The repair cost $2400. We found a leak in the exact same place In July. Asked for them to come and repair. They finally made it to give an estimate in October. The evaluator informed us on arrival that they do not warranty any of their repairs. After an unprofessional interaction with him, he submitted an estimate for repairs of about $3000. I called the office several times to ask what the warranty would be on this repair, and it they would discount based on their prior work on the exact spot. No response.
