I’ve purchased 2 complete HVAC units (my mom and I) from Express and both experiences were outstanding. My unit was purchased 6 years ago; I got 3 estimates and Express was considerably the best price (same with my mother's). Yes, I’ve had a couple issues (manufacturer related) and Express fixed both under warranty, no questions asked. Everyone was great but special recognition to two folks who went above and beyond ...
