Really great service! Submitted an inquiry online and got a call back the same day. Someone was able to come by that afternoon and check out the system. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced, but I had a complete estimate within an hour of the service tech (Corie) finishing. The whole thing—inside and outside units—was replaced the very next day. Everyone was absolutely professional and the work is outstanding. The work areas were left clean and organized, and they even sealed some gaps that were left when the old system was installed by the builders. Strongly recommend!

I was so appreciative of their prompt diagnosis of the issue, which was the same afternoon I called them. I called Kool Breeze today and they initially informed me the earliest appointment was Monday. I received a call back saying they had an appointment today. The techs showed up at the time they said they would, quickly diagnosed my AC issue, and fixed it promptly. The techs were professional, prompt, and great personalities.
