I posted this review before.. however it was erroneously deleted as I am sure the business owner doesn't want it public. I hired Navarre Handyman Services to replace a front door with a brand new one shipped from Masonite. What I ended up with was a door that functioned far worse than before they started working on it and a new door that they have damaged so badly I am thinking of replacing it again. Additionally, when they reinstalled the trim is was nothing short of abysmal. Trying to schedule them to come out and fix what they had done was also a nightmare. At one point I texted the owner to drop off the hurricane hardware and basically stated I will no longer use their services. After he apologized what had happened he said he would show up Monday and we would talk. He never showed up. It took weeks to get the hurricane hardware back and I NEVER got the door handle hardware back forcing me to spend $200 on a new door handle set. Additionally, the paint and cosmetic repairs

I live several hundred miles away and have relied on Nick to maintain our high end beach vacation condo for ~ 7 months. During that time, he’s done more than I can recall. He modified the new hot water heater install design to keep it working efficiently, purchased and installed a built-in microwave oven, and made an amazing popcorn ceiling repair required from a dishwasher leak from the upstairs unit. For each effort, Nick was extremely responsive, makes for a great ambassador if we have guests in the unit, and performs repairs with the highest quality of work. He accommodates schedule requests as required, travels to nearby towns to get hardware and material, and always goes above and beyond to provide top notch assistance. I had a water leak on my water heater pipes. I called Navarre Handyman Services on Thurs 7/15 and spoke to Nick. Told Nick what my issue was and that I would like a quote on repairing the damages. Nick showed up the following morning (Friday) gave me a quote which was a very fair price. I called him back and asked him how soon he could start. He managed to fit me in on his busy schedule on Monday 7/19 because he knew I had a water leak and was able to fix my leak that same day and at the same time saved me a good amount of money. Nick even came back that evening even thou it was pouring rain because he forgot to switch on the power to the water heater from the panel box which I thought was very considerate and professional on his part. He did not leave me hanging. Thank you Nick for your outstanding customer service and a job well done.
