Great company...Michael and Thomas were knowledgeable, professional and courteous! They took time to explain the process and how to keep my water heater in new condition. I will not hesitate to use this company again.
Met one of their folks, Mitch, at Home Depot and he offered help with questions while I was waiting. He was very polite, represented this company really well and is the reason I called. They promptly got me on the schedule, and were also able to move me up due to my issue. Another tech, Thomas, did the repair, equally professional and polite. Also, thanks to Teresa and Stacy for being so very pleasant on the phone. GREAT TEAM! Price for repair was very fair.
