Howell Plumbing

I don't like giving negative feedback but I have got to tell you I am not pleased with the work done by Howell Plumbing and I can not recommend them if you need work done. They came recommended to me by other owners but they came up short for me. I had them install a garbage disposal and toilet the middle of February. They did not install the disposal properly. The pipe to go into the P Trap was too short and barely connected to the fitting. After a while it just vibrated loose. I called them to come out to fix it. I could not be here I was attending a meeting and the technician took advantage of my wife's good nature and told her it was not covered and would cost $100 (1/3 the total I was charged for both the toilet and the disposal. I tried several times to talk with them but they recognize my number and let it go to voicemail. I even tried texting them and no response. I have no other option but to post this negative feedback. Daniel was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He resolved a very difficult drainage problem in the wall of our first floor condo which provides drainage for five floors above us. We will definitely use Daniel again. He was awsome! Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I had several conversations with Tom Conlon from Howell Plumbing, weeks after his initial visit to give me an estimate for services. He answered all my questions and believe me they were many! That’s why I chose Howell plumbing because of his kindness and answering all my questions. Kenny Taylor was the plumber that came to my home to change out my 40 year old electric water heater. There were a multitude of issues once he got here because The old water heater was located in a closet that had been built around the water heater. He addressed all the issues and fixed them. He was timely, kind and very professional! I was very pleased with both gentlemen’s professionalism. I would absolutely use Howell Plumbing again!!
