Bounds Heating & Air

The service tech showed up during the window that they said he would. He was very friendly and professional in spite of his young age; he shared how he was trained and explained what he was doing. He waisted no time, but was patient and attentive to putting everything back together before reporting to me his findings and signing for the service. This was my first service visit since the new install. I hope that all the service techs are like this one was. Service: A/C preventive maintenance

I have been nothing but pleased with the personnel that Bounds has sent out to my place for the various little pieces of my home renovation. All their staff has been very tolerant of my timeline and my little questions and odd little preferences. One day things were particularly crazy at the house and the guys had to wait on me for five or 10 minutes, and spent the time throwing the frisbee for my dogs! Just genuinely good people seem to wind up in my yard or attic, and it’s really great to have folks like that working in our community.

Our air conditioning stopped working at about 4 o’clock on Sunday, Mother’s Day! We had been working outside all day long when we discovered that when we turned our air down, it didn’t work!! Luckily, my husband decided to call on a Sunday, probably expecting no one to answer, but to our surprise someone answered! We were incredibly surprised again to find out that they would send someone to our home as soon as their servicemen finished the job he was on. Within a few hours, we were back in business and enjoying our AC once again!! This was definitely over and above service and my highest praise would be to say they worked with the spirit of excellence when responding to our call! Well done!
