The service tech showed up during the window that they said he would. He was very friendly and professional in spite of his young age; he shared how he was trained and explained what he was doing. He waisted no time, but was patient and attentive to putting everything back together before reporting to me his findings and signing for the service. This was my first service visit since the new install. I hope that all the service techs are like this one was. Service: A/C preventive maintenance

Our AC motor failed last night so at 2:15 am I went on to the website to ask for help as they are our maintenance company. They called me at 7:30, I missed that call but I called back and they made time to come replace. Communication was very clear and they took my request seriously. A tech came by at 12:40 and replaced the motor today. We are very pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company. We have 10 people coming this weekend and Bounds stepped up and handled it. Thank you so much for saving our weekend!

We had quite the surprise when our AC shut off on the hottest day so far in FL this summer. We were on a bind because we didn’t have money for a new AC and we were freaking out. Bounds quickly came out and assessed and were able to get our unit working again quickly and efficiently. They didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need..they were helpful and understanding and answered all questions. James was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional.
