When our air conditioner died on Thursday night, we called Scott Niehaus. Lance was there Friday morning and was able to quickly repair our a/c. I had an issue with my AC and saw this company working in the neighborhood so called them hoping they could come over. Sure enough they were here within the hour, repaired my AC, did additional cleaning for me and gave me a great price. I couldn't ask for anything more.
