They didn't fix the problem, plumber broke a tool off in the drain and wasn't able to retrieve it, further adding to problem, and charged 405.00 for 3 hours of work that was more talking than work. Had another company out the next day that not only fixed drain problems but also camera scoped the drain finding the previous tool broken off. The second plumber was able to fix and charged half the price in a more professional manner.
As soon as he heard that i was without water he called and rearrainged his schedule to come by and place me first to be taken care of right away. I'm very pleased with his curteous manner and experience in getting the job done efficiently.. Thank you again!
Straight out I am going to plug Mike Gough the service tech that came and did the job. Coming from NY I've dealt with a lot of companies here in SW Florida where techs are slow and stop. Mike came and was highly responsible, neat and fast. Job done in less than 2 hours. If you want the job done right with no BS make sure you call and ask for him.
