We had a particularly serious issue, blocked run off from two areas of the house. IQ from Precise came, diagnosed the issue, tried his best to resolve it late into the night. It became clear that the lines had to be replaced, from cast iron to PVC, he organized everything, and was back a few days later, trenches had to be dug & new pipe installed. It's amazing to watch him work, he is knowledgeable, professional, fast and neat. I have been around a few plumbers, yet never one like this. If you have a plumbing issue of Any kind Call PRECISE! IQ the plumber did an excellent job. He was on time and was able to problem solve my issue even though I provided the wrong part. He also cleaned up afterwards and was courteous.. all at a fair price! I definitely recommend this company.
