We are so happy to have found Sean/Ayres Conditioning! He (and his Saturday helper/wife Katie) came out on a Saturday early evening to fix our A/C (condenser wasn't running). They were delightful, and so helpful. So very patient in explaining what he was doing, professional in everything he did, straightforward & didn't try to sell us ANYTHING. He cleaned the drainline, replaced the capacitor (he checked for warranty status - and it was covered!), charged the system, cleaned the unit - all in about an hour and 15 min. Can't recommend Ayres enough, truly. Sean and Katie are the best! When your AC finally gives up, it is not a great feeling. These guys answered my phone call past business hours and I had a new AC installed in no time.
