Great local company. l had a water heater and reverse osmosis system installed. The company and plumber were very professional and knowledgeable. On the installation day he was on time and contacted me and informed me that he was in his way.

Bowersox are the best. They always respond to your call and listen to what you need to get fix. I highly recommend this family business. They are the best in the area. I spoke with Mr Bowersox over a week ago. I called him to install two hybrid hot water heaters for our customers. He told me he could do them on Monday or Tuesday please send the information. I sent the information. Never heard back from him. I called and texted him numerous times. Never got back to me. I spoke to him this morning and he said he decided not to do the work for no good reason at all. And abruptly hung up on me. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Rude and unprofessional. We do not sell Hot Water Heaters. We give them to our customers for free. Maybe next time you speak to someone you should listen to them and not drink so much.
