Having dealt with another local company, (that I won't mention there name for 10 years), Bill is the best at what he does, explains everything in detail, genuinely cares, and we would never have any other company than Presto Air. We switched our service contract to Presto and plan to have them install two new units in the next couple months, thanks Bill and Melissa.

Bill Ginn and his team are the best! I have personally used Presto Air for my two A/C's at home and I call upon them as a Realtor to do inspections during inspection period for my buyers. They are so helpful, explaining everything in an understandable way and let me and my customers know about the importance of maintenance to give your A/C a longer life and you a healthier environment. I would and do recommend Presto Air all the time!

Presto Air is just wonderful. We were having a lot of problems with our very old Air Conditioning system. We knew we really needed a new system but we were trying to make it one more year. Presto Air had to come out three - four times (many times after hours) to get the system working properly. The technician was polite and professional at all times even at 8pm at night. No over time charges were ever charged. Their prices were very reasonable ($500.00 less than our first quote). Office staff was also patient and pleasant during this stressful time. Presto Air did get us the extra time out of our old system and did so at a very fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone.
