They arrived on time for the scheduled 2 pm appointment for an estimate to install a new charger for our new Tesla. Sgt Nicely was very thorough in his evaluation and provided a suggestion for whole house surge protection. An hour after they provided their estimate, our new charger arrived. I called the office to say that we wanted to have them install the charger and to try and get on their schedule. It looked like it would be about 8 - 10 days. We agreed and hung up. 5 minutes later we got a call back and we're informed that Sgt Nicely and Airman Ralph were just finishing up another job and could do our installation tonight. They arrived just after 5 pm and finished very quickly. The job was perfect. We were floored at the customer service! We highly recommend using this company for all of your electrical needs. Had a bathroom ceiling exhaust fan motor replacement. Easy to schedule with professional lady in 2 hr window time of arrival. Keith arrived early (called 1st) and was polite and efficient. Fair price, excellent work in less than an hour. The fan works better than ever, too. Will definitely use Sergeant's again.

Sergeant's Electric put in a new outlet for my garage door opener.The service was excellent and they left my space nice and clean. Josh and Mike showed up on time and both gentlemen were kind and respectful. I took off one star because I almost fell over at the cost! $319 for the outlet and with my new customer discount, I paid $269 for ONE outlet! The electric was brand new and just on the other side of the ceiling so not much was needed to tie it in. They did also do a complementary inspection of my electrical box as well which was nice...I'm over the heart attack now at the cost and will focus on the great service :) I would still recommend.
