In my opinion, stay away from this company! I hired Live Wire, Inc to purchase and install 2 bathroom exhaust fans, add lighting, ceiling fans, and switches. They were extremely careless and left me with a bunch of holes in the ceilings and walls around the switches! One of the ceiling exhaust fans was put up with one screw and they way too large for the small bathrooms. They poked holes in the walls and ceiling and were too lazy to get up in the attic to do the job properly. I would never recommend them to anyone. We are a general contractor building homes for upscale clients. We tried Livewire out on a project last year that was just completed. Was impressed with their professionalism. Always on time, office staff is responsive, and installers and management took the time to speak with owners when they had questions or concerns. In other words, they made my company look good. Would highly recommend them and will be hiring them for future projects. Amazing customer service! I called Live Wire Electric over a holiday weekend and an after-hours line was made available, so I sent a text with a somewhat urgent electrical issue I was having. Allison texted me promptly and although they were unable to dispatch due to the holiday, she not only referred me to another company but she called them on my behalf to find out their emergency process and advise me what to do. She followed up with me a few times afterword to ensure I wasn't left without service, even if it wasn't through her company. I've never experienced such compassionate and empathetic service like this. My issue was luckily a simple braker that needed to be replaced. I'll 100% call Live Wire Electric in the future and recommend to anyone I can. Thank you Allison for top notch service and customer care - you are a gem!
