You did a BIG job here at my condo finding a water leak under my building and repaired it. Everyone was happy with the work! So I assumed a small leak at the base of my sink and installing a new faucet would go well. Not so. The old faucet had to be drilled out. It was difficult but your plumber was able to get it out. The problem was during the process, he dripped oil all over the place. I went behind him cleaning it up from my floor and cabinets. Okay. When he finished, I asked for the old parts. He didn't want to leave them and it took some persuading. After he left I realized he took my NEW faucet box and everything in it. Then I realized he had not installed the new soap dispenser and had taken the new one with him. Not happy. I called him and he offered to come back later that night to install it, which he did. Called Terry's plumbing out on a Friday around 4pm for a blocked main line. They came quickly. Casey was the tech. He called his boss and he said that it would be $500 to climb on the roof and snake the cleanout. No guarantee on how long or if it would work. So, I agreed because the toilets were backflowing into the tubs. It took him 30 minutes and then he took an extra half an hour to find the cleanout. Casey was very helpful and I was grateful to not have the plumbing backing up. Then his boss told him that if I gave him $1,000 deposit they would be back on Monday to repair the rest. I did not pay the $1,000. That in it's self was sketchy. I paid the $500 but felt it was expensive for an hour. Over the weekend, my husband and I dug up the part that needed repair and bought the supplies to fix it. Monday morning Casey called and said he would stop by and give me an idea how much to finish the repair. We talked about an hourly rate. He said it would take a couple of hours or more and
