The Tech arrived promptly walked through all the Areas I needed him to fix Problems. Explained what he will need to do. And calm me down when I was worried about the Cost. One Hour and 1/2 later he finished and a very fair Price was presented I can only recommend this Place . Very sloppy work. Had to have these guys come back 3 times to fix mistakes and was even acused of meddling with their work (being the reason for the problem at hand). 1. Left loose pipe in the wall which rattles when running water. 2. Left me with a toilet that leaked and uneven. 3. A faucet which could not be turned to hot. When asked to come fix the latest issue I was told that they would rather not deal with me and to basically pound sand. His actual text read "eat me". At this point I have paid in full for unfinished work and threatend to write the beter business bureau without response. Clearly this company does not stand behind their work nor do they care about reputation!

We had Aces re-attach some under the sink plumbing when we remodeled our condo. The initial installers told us that we might have some issues with the work because of how they were using what we had there originally. WE were told that bumping the pipes under the sink could cause it to leak. It got worse overtime so we had them come back. The installer this times criticized the way the original work had been done. They fixed the problem but I was billed a higher amount than the first time. So now I have over $400 in just attaching the plumbing under a kitchen sink. The work appears fine this time but I was definitely dealt a hand with no ACES this time. Services: Faucet repair, Plumbing leak repair
