Terrible customer service. Don’t call you when they say they’re going to call you. Charge for a service fee when I did nothing but clogger other water lines. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone terrible customer service does not speed to customers I would never recommend them to service the plumbing in and out house terrible work not recommended. Worst in Ocala....
The Tech arrived promptly walked through all the Areas I needed him to fix Problems. Explained what he will need to do. And calm me down when I was worried about the Cost. One Hour and 1/2 later he finished and a very fair Price was presented I can only recommend this Place .
