Big D did a very professional job in replacing our roof. Randy, their very personable and knowledgeable representative, conducted the initial inspection and his quote was truly incredible. He explained to us in detail what they would be doing and how they would do it; he showed us which materials they would be using and why. And he answered our many questions, so we were comfortable with what needed to be done. True to their word, the very proficient and experienced crew arrived right on time and did a great job installing our entire roof. As you can imagine replacing, a roof is a messy task, but this crew covered everything, hauled away the debris and found every loose nail. Our home looks brand new! He was available and very responsive to our questions while we were evaluating our options prior to making our decision the office staff displayed the same responsiveness and have been very helpful throughout. They called to confirm and explain what was required and what we could expect. The crew showed up on time and was very respectful, covered our pool and protected our plants, etc;. They did an excellent job and completed the project in one day. They cleaned everything and left my home just as they found it, except for my new roof, of course. Great company to do business with.
