They don't even deserve the one star. Carrier are the worst AC suppliers in all of florida, They made us wait over a month for as single part in the midst of a dangerously lengthy heatwave. Every week being promised it would "be here tommorow " or "you're going to have it next week". These lies from carrier went on for an entire month, all the while the facility sat at sweltering heats as temperatures were regularly in the high 90s to low 100s.This location is an hour away from us and we would have been more than willing to come collect the part ourselves and be free of carriers total lack of urgency, but why couldn't they, after receiving the 175$ shipping costs get this part to customers an hour away without it taking them an entire month and 3 additional weeks? If you're needing service for your units look elsewhere because carrier might just lie to you for weeks on end and withhold your part due to sheer laziness.
