The whole ac had to be replaced. I called Johns ac they came the next day. They gave us their pricing. It was very reasonable. We had prices from other companies that were very high and out of our price range. We set up an install date. They were on time and let us know about how long it would take to install the new ac system. They went to work. They did a great job start to finish. Great Company to work with. We called them when we moved into our new home and the AC was broken.
