Joel was great! He was on time and responded all my questions and concerns. He was respectful of the fact that I work from home. He did great work showing my mom and I what the issues were and how to fix them. Gave us plenty of options and clear estimates. Would definitely use this company again! Buy them lunch! The appointment to diagnose our 13 year old electric water heater was scheduled for after 4 pm and Rich arrived early, which pleased us. He made the accurate diagnosis that all we had was a bad 30Amp breaker, which was a relief. Rich did leave us some good advice and with a quote to replace our aging WH if we ever want/need to.
