Andrew Hopper always does an excellent job! He’s very thorough, conscious, always want to know if I have any concerns, and checks the unit inside and out. He’s also very respectful and polite. I would recommend Patrick’s to anyone who needs service or a new AC. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Joel was great! He was on time and responded all my questions and concerns. He was respectful of the fact that I work from home. He did great work showing my mom and I what the issues were and how to fix them. Gave us plenty of options and clear estimates. Would definitely use this company again! Buy them lunch! They contacted, came within minutes, checked on my a/c problem and fixed. I'm so happy that it's wasn't anything major.
