Joel was great! He was on time and responded all my questions and concerns. He was respectful of the fact that I work from home. He did great work showing my mom and I what the issues were and how to fix them. Gave us plenty of options and clear estimates. Would definitely use this company again! Buy them lunch! Andrew Hopper replaced the Evaporator Coil in the Air Handler due to a leak in the existing Coil. Once again Andrew did an incredible job!! I highly recommend Patrick’s Heating and Air. The service was exceptional from the call (an emergency to me, water heater leaking water from everywhere…yikes!) to the technician arriving. Rich was absolutely awesome; he explained what the problem was and what was necessary for my peace of mind. He was thorough in the install of the new water heater.
