He went over every detail of the estimate and was completely up front about costs - nothing hidden here! He also estimated that they would be 8 weeks out, barring weather. They were 8 weeks and four days. Byron and his crew arrived at our home at 7:30 am sharp. They worked continuously and quickly to secure our new roof. By the very next day at 11:30 am our roof was completely finished, including a new chimney. They did a good job of cleaning up the area around the house as well. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company.

Jerry came right out, did a thorough inspection of the roof, and gave me the estimate. Very nice gentleman who returned my calls every time I had a question. I had a repair done by this company back in 2007 and was very satisfied with the workmanship and final cost.

This company is very unprofessional. I asked for an estimate and was told I would be contacted by a contractor to schedule an estimate. The man named Jerry called me at the end of the day and set up a time and date but never asked what I needed an estimate for. I couldn't explain because he hung up the phone after we set up the time and day. The day we were supposed to meet, my husband came home early to find an estimate stuck in my door. After speaking with Jerry he said he came by and got on my roof without my permission or knowledge because he thought it was going to rain, there was no chance of rain that day. I was very upset and told him we would no longer need his services. The next day I called the office number to explain what happened and spoke to a woman named Bre. She was very rude to me. I then told her if this is how potential customers are treated, I'd hate to see how actual customers are treated. We will be going with a more professional company that sticks to their word
