Strada Services

I have used Strada Services today and many times in the past for different electrical needs. Al C., my electrician from Strada, is absolutely brilliant and has " hands of gold". He is a meticulous worker and always goes above and beyond. I highly recommended Al C. and Strada to all.

I would not choose this company again. The staff and supervisor lie to you on the phone and at scheduled appointments. They give you a bad diagnosis of your problem, they do a bad job and then they charge you super expensive. Then you call the company and let them know that they did not solve the problem and do not want to take responsibility. The supervisor gives you an appointment for a second diagnosis, they don't come to the appointment, they don't call you and they don't keep their word. You make sacrifices to take care of your home, you save money, and there are abusive, lying, and scammers who don't consider that. Save your money and time and don't take that risk. 0 start

I Called requesting to obtain installation of a 20' run 240v with a L620R receptacle from garage circuit breaker box, Person answered the phone and said she would have someone call me back and set up an appointment, Still not receiving a return call after 2 days I called again and was told the same thing, 4 Days later I called again after not hearing from anyone, the person answering the phone stated she would EMAIL the office and have someone give me a call, he we are now 10 business days from the original call...STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED... I ended up using another Company in the area, JOB was completed in 2 days ....Not By Strada..... **** UPDATE **** 5 month update ... Still no response from Strada...
