Great company to work for
Never, have we ever, had such poor service, poor quality workmanship, poor response, and absolute incompetence from a company. The ONLY reason we continue to use them is because our builder's warranty requires us to do so. I wish there was a negative star rating. They have been to our house 20+ times for HVAC and still not fixed. Didn't show (again) for today''s scheduled appointment. Also wired the breaker box incorrectly, and we have a fan in the bathroom that sounds like a truck engine they've worked on 3-4 times. We've given up on that. I have used Strada Services today and many times in the past for different electrical needs. Al C., my electrician from Strada, is absolutely brilliant and has " hands of gold". He is a meticulous worker and always goes above and beyond. I highly recommended Al C. and Strada to all.
