Dylan was great! Sun Kool was who our builder used on our home. Our AC has worked great until the outside unit quit running suddenly. The person I called at Sun Kool correctly diagnosed the problem after I gave her a single sentence. Dylan came out and confirmed I had a clogged drain. He educated me on how to prevent this from happening again. They came early in my window, same day, fixed it in five minutes. Thanks guys! Service: A/C system repair

Terrible service! Had a very young man come out to service my dads unit. The kid blew the transformer and messed up all the wiring to the unit. Came back the next day and “fixed” the wiring and then refused to finish the job. My 84 dad was left without air conditioning for 3 days. We finally called another company who came out and got the job done and fixed the mess that the technician from Sun Cool left. Do not use this company!! Service: HVAC system repair

Made an emergency call at 630am. They returned my call at 730am. Told me that they would come at some point in the day. Never got another call and it's 12pm mid summer. Thankfully another company has already fixed the problem.
