Sun Kool Air Conditioning Inc. Ocala originally installed our new a/c unit in our house 10/21. This past January the a/c blower unit needed to be replaced. We were told the parts are covered they charge for the house call, $99 plus the install. They charged us $500 for a half and hour of work. I should have shopped around and hired a company more trustworthy. I will make sure I let everyone know how much they charge so this does not happen to my friends, family and neighbors. It was a good price and financing terms. The young men found a problem but fixed it to make sure it worked properly. Good job and my house is Kool!
We had a new system installed by Zach & Nick. They were excellent in explaining if you had questions. Very professional and conscientious. Arrived on time, very neat.Took the time to explain our new system and thermostat. Excellent all around. We will recommend Sun Kool to others. Hands down a wonderful experience.
