My central air died on Saturday, called and spoke to the company and was told someone should be able to come out Monday. Patiently toughed it out until Monday when I was called and given an appointment time of between 4-6 pm. About half an hour later I was sent a text message saying that the manager decided that they are not servicing this area at this time. Would have been nice to know on Saturday so I could have found someone else. The worst part is that I live in Ocklawaha, where this place is based out of.
