Global Warming and Cooling is an absolutely FABULOUS contractor to work with. I have never experienced such amazing service in my entire life. Every single person was professional, polite, incredibly experienced, respectful - the list can go on and on. Other companies came in and all they wanted was to sell us a new system - Steve and his crew came in with the mentality of "fix first, and replace only if necessary." All-in-all, our system works like new now, and is in perfect operating condition - new system would have been $12k, repairs and rebuild of current system was less than $2k - you tell me which option you would pick.
