Gerry and Davon were excellent at installing a completely new HVAC unit and duct system. They were very professional, attentive, and thorough. I was given an explanation and documentation for all of the work that would be done and they kept their word. I would highly recommend Superior Heating and Cooling to anyone. BRAVO Gerry and Davon, you guy were great!!
My A/C system quit working on the hottest of days. Gerry, a fantastic service technician came to my house right away to diagnose the problem. He was professional and extremely courteous. I want to say this company stand by their values. Even though they could not repair our AC and it wasn't their fault at all. They did everything to assist me with EVERYTHING!! I will say when I need an AC company I will call on Superior to assist us!!! I appreciate their concerns for our broken dinette set and did everything they could to get us a new one!!!
