From the start the office staff and representative were very professional and courteous. I was able to make a next day appointment and the representative was very punctual. After the inspection of my damaged roof, he went through the quote and explained every part of the quote in detail. Century Roofing gave us the best quote on the replacement and repair of our roof. We called and told them that we chose them to complete our roof job and paperwork was sent immediately, also the representative made a follow up call to explain the paperwork. Once paperwork was complete the representative made an appointment to come out and pick up the completed papers. It took about 4 days for the permit to be pulled and then they were out to start the job. The roofers were professional, explained all work being completed, and cleaned up all the mess.
