These guys are nothing short of amazing!!! From start to finish, I was made to feel like my business was appreciated throughout the entirety of this project. Riley (Project Manager) was my main POC, his effective communication, know how, and professionalism really streamlined this process. Once the day came for the install, I was greeted by Tony (Production Manager) that morning. He went over everything to ensure my expectation's would be met, informed me of the plan, and laid to rest any concerns I had. I will also add that I was personally contacted by upper management during the re-roof, to ensure everything was going as planned. These guys knocked out a complete tear-off and re-roof in less than 36 hours. I am amazed at the professionalism Karma Roofing operated at on every level.
