Big shout out to Karma Roofing & Restoration. They just completed the roof replacement and I am super happy with their work. I can't thank them enough for being part of the entire process with insurance claim and answering all my questions. They were very prompt and they know what they are doing. We recently hired Karma Roofing to replace our rolled roof. They were professional from start to finish. They walked us through the entire process on our first meeting and we felt completely informed about costs, potential issues and resolutions. Our roof was older and we suspected there would be wood that would need to be replaced. After they pulled up the old roof, it was as we thought but there were no surprises because it was already built into the initial quote. Their roofers were very polite and efficient, and they kept the site and our yard clean throughout the installation. There was an issue one night during the process where a bad storm blew through and we had some minor leaks. Even though it was 9:30 at night they sent a crew over to redo the tarps and make sure there was no damage. I have to say that Karma Roofing & Restoration did an outstanding job when it was all said and done. Big thanks to John P. for not only taking on the job, but for superseding immensely in the quality of work expended, providing prompt, and truthful communication, and ultimately making the process as easy as possible where it very easily could’ve been made difficult. Clearly, this is not a process that any of us want to go through, but if, and/or when we do, we would prefer it to go as smoothly as possible.
