We had a great experience! Jason got our AC up and running in no time at all. There were text updates before the tech (Jason) arrived and when he did arrive he clearly explained and resolved our issue. They have a new customer.

I was going to give a 4 Star for my overall satisfaction but I didn’t think that would be fair for the technicians that went above and beyond to make sure my system was repaired, they deserve the 5’s. Anthony was the first tech on scene who diagnosed my issues. Due to internal and external challenges Anthony had to make a few trips, in the end the repair needed was big and costly. He was very patient and worked with me to get everything coordinated and allowed me to contact him on his days off just to make sure I had all the information correct and to ease my frustrations. Time finally came for repair and I was so fortunate to get Bert as my technician. Bert arrived on time, introduced himself and explained thoroughly what was going to happen. He worked on the repair and had the install completed in record timing. There was an issue that required the manufacturer’s tec support so that meant another trip! (And no ac). The company offered to bring me a portable ac unit at any time but I
