My A/C was dripping a little too much so I called to set up an appointment and they set one up for the next day, no hassle. When the repairman (Alec) came out to take a look and diagnose the situation he was super friendly and super knowledgeable. Answered all my questions easily and we carried on pleasant conversation the entire time. He ended up unclogging the line and everything seems to be working great. They offer a membership that is well worth it. Highly recommend Service: A/C system maintenance
The tech, Jason, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the reason our AC unit was leaking right away, and quickly fixed the issue. Would highly recommend their services.
Awesome company and great customer service! Kyle is amazing!!!He took the time to explain everything from the diagnosis to what the repairs will entail. Please ignore all the bad reviews about the customer service. It’s some of the best I’ve ever had with any company. I have the platinum level and it’s completely worth it!
