After calling several companies to come out and repair my AC, Our Place Air and Home Repair responded first thing the next morning and fixed it within minutes. John was absolutely great. He was quick to find the problem and fix it and get my house back to a livable state. John was also very honest and upfront about what he did, what he replaced and my options. We have a 16 year old AC unit. The gentlemen who answered my request had a very calming voice, extremely nice and said he would send a tech name Kyle out between 8pm and 10pm! I was shocked! He said we would get a text and email and an update on Kyles status. Exactly what happened. Kyle came and what a sincere pleasure, he was knowledgeable, nice, informed us he could repair and it would cost X amount or replace with 3 different choices and it would be x, y, or z. He worked on this thing for over 2 hours. He got it up and running at no cost to us and we did purchase a new system. He was clear in his explanation to me and my husband since we do not speak AC. This company should be extremely proud of the two people that I dealt with tonight. If this is the kind of employee they hire and treat well, GREAT JOB! By the way, I found them on Angi. I am perplexed as to how this company has 5 stars on here?! Not only is their work shady and poor craftsmanship, they also have terrible customer service. They came out to repair our AC unit. At first they replaced the condenser and everything was working properly literally a DAY later our motor stopped working out of no where (which I thought was weird as they mentioned the motor and everything tested and checked out great after they installed the new condenser). I reluctantly called them back to see whats going on and of course they said I need a new motor now. So $3,000 later everything worked for ONE day then I hear a big noise on the motor, looks like the person that came to install it put the motor on backwards?! I then called to speak to a manager and honestly he didnt even care that they installed it backwards and they came back out to fix yet. After this my entire unit stopped working. Called to speak to the owner/manager same thing no remorse and said oh well just pay for a n
