Every homeowner should have Paolo on speed dial!! He is very responsive and keeps his promises. I have used his services on multiple occasions and he has impressed me every time. The latest encounter was just a few days before we had family coming from all over to spend the holidays with us. I had discovered a problem in the master bath - thought it was a water leak. Called Paolo in the morning and he, along with Leo and Randy, showed up in a couple of hours. Over the next few days they troubleshot the issue (turned out to be a ‘gift’ from builder), made the fix and put the bathroom back in order before any of my guests showed up!! I did not ask for an estimate upfront, and given the pressure I was under, he could have charged me anything!! No, he charged me a very fair price!! I did not expect anything else because that’s the kind of person he is - his ethics are very strong!! I highly recommend him for any of the projects you may have around the house.
