Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The plumber who cleared our clog was quite good. He was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. As soon as the area manager came to help me open my insurance claim, the situation went downhill fast. I also had major scheduling issues. Had I not taken proactive steps, the team would have been a no-show not once but twice. If you needed basic emergency plumbing services, I'd recommend Roto-Rooter. Edit: As of 11/18, the concrete work has been completed. I am still waiting for information about the hole in the wall. Roto Rooter came out to do a partial sewer line repair. They had to rip up our front walkway and part of our front office concrete foundations. Jeff promised us the only thing that would be different when they were done would be the color of the concrete. The work would take 3-4 days and be done by 11/9. The work was finally "completed" 11/14, but there are still issues that they won't talk to me about. There is a hole in my wall and the concrete in the walkway isn't level and they didn't square off the edge, it just runs into the yard. I would never use Roto Rooter again and it is near impossible to get them to admit their mistakes and fix their problems. Service: Sewer repair

Kenrick was very professional, he was excellent with customer services, it started out bad but on my end. I actually had him leave and then called him back, regardless he was very professional even if I was in the wrong. I hope he gets paid well cause he deserves it, he was knowledgeable , understanding and very professional fixed my main line clog in a very timely manner. 2nd time ever using rotor rooter and will use again and recommend.
