Excellent customer service, they came same day for a septic pump out when no one else would! Chuck was honest & professional. The ladies in the office were kind & accommodating, especially since we are out of the service area in Northern Brevard. Thank you Tropical!
I needed the inner workings of all three toilets in my house replaced due to age. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the gentleman who came was very respectful of my home, worked quickly and efficiently. He also was very neat and clean which I so appreciated. The cost was reasonable and done by a well qualified and experienced person. I will call them again with any plumbing issues!
Terrible service, they charged $120 for this. When I called and asked them to come back and fix that again, someone came to my house, looked at the issue, said would have to make a call outside and simply left. When I called again to follow up and said I would like to solve it before posting a Google review, I heard "do whatever you want"... Don't recommend.
