What a pleasant surprise to finally have an HVAC technician who was not only professional, personable and agreeable, Chris arrived on time, figured it out immediately, reminded me of normal timelines for this issue, then proceeded to get the air back on and working normally. We will stick with them for future, major work, because we all know companies like this are too few and far between. For us, this company is an absolute keeper until otherwise. Don't pass them by, this is as good as it gets

First I want to say this not about the technicians per se. The company has no integrity, I was told lie after lie about my part. It took the over a month to get my system up and running, American Home Shield is partly to blame for not managing their contractors better. If they had done a full diagnosis the first time the real issue would've been discovered. 7 visits and 45 days later it's finally fixed. I do want to say the two techs that came out to the house were efficient and polite but the process needs work. If it weren't for my home warranty I would've called someone else. I would not recommend nor would I chose them if I didn't have to. Service: A/C system repair

I have use United Air Temp for 5 years now for my yearly maintenance service as well as for any issues with my a/c system. They have been one of the best A/C companies I have dealt with. Never upselling but instead proving excellent maintenance service and honest feedback on my older system. Once my older system gave out they offered the best price to install a new unit.
