I had an issue with one of my two tankless water heaters and they sent Philip over the next day to look at it. They charged $70 for driving to my house, but before anything was done, the guy said it was going to be an additional $135 to run some diagnostics to even see what the issue is. No clue why that wouldn't be expected in the original $70 because you would hopefully expect them to try and figure out what's wrong if they come to your house. He had no idea about my water heater and couldn't answer most of my questions. Then he made me unscrew the four screws on my OTHER working water heater on the opposite side of the house because I guess if he used a screwdriver for four screws it'd cost me +$100. Either way, he just took some pictures to send to his boss and then just sat in his van. I put in a new garbage disposal. The piping did not line up and I did not feel comfortable redoing the piping I asked them to fix it. They gave me an estimate of $225 - explaining that they would need to take it back further to fix it and it would take time. They finished the job in 20 minutes and charged me $225. ($49 for the estimate and $176 for the work.) The only thing they seemed to change was the P-Trap. They were very nice, very professional and the work was well done. They were not worth the price.

After getting a few estimates to have all the hit and cold water valves replaced. We went with Sam Ts, we had used them before and were very happy with the results. Philip showed up right on time reviewed everything with us. Once he began the next day he completed the job quickly and professionally.
