My home is 17yrs old and in a large subdivision. We had a hail storm and a bunch of fly by night roofing companies swarmed the neighborhood. They were and still are dropping shingle bundles onto customers roofs to bake in the sun for weeks before work starts, which damages the shingles and negates their warranty. I chose to do my homework and looked for an established company with great reviews. Josh came by and I was amazed at his professionalism. He showed us drone footage of our roof as well as multiple pictures of the damage to our roof. I then met with the sales manager John who helped us pick out Owens Corning Duration Shingles in black sable color. When it comes to large purchases, I literally throw up and have anxiety. Actually it was excellent in all aspects. From my 1st meeting with Rhett , the sales representative he was polite, professional and very informative. Stevie, the production coordinator kept me appraised of the current situation as far as material arrival to scheduling the installation. Eric my job coordinator was terrific! The crew showed up promptly and did a fantastic job. Eric even came back the next day to remove a small branch that had fallen on my roof overnight. He inspected the roof and found no damage. Rhett and Stevie even came by to assist me in rehanging my pictures. From start to finish this was an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Batterbee to anyone needing roof work!!
