If you believe the roofing process is just slapping on shingles, you are sadly mistaken. From start to finish, Batterbee Roofing had our best interest in hand. Communication was and is key. Our representative, Rhett, took his time to answer all of our questions and concerns. We were never rushed. The office staff was readily available and updated us periodically. Steve, in scheduling, made sure the dates chosen for installation accommodated our schedule. Manny, Field Mgr, was on site & kept us updated on any necessary repairs. Freddie & his crew did a great job with setup, tear down, installation and clean up. We will definitely recommend Batterbee Roofing. We love our Midnight Plum Roof & the Velux Solar Tube. Magnificent!

From beginning to end Batterbee Roofing did an incredible job replacing our roof. They made the entire process seamless. Contracted with Batterbee Roofing and found them to be extremely professional. From start to finish they answered every question and did what they said they would do. They did all the paperwork including architectural review and building permits. We were informed every detail on line in the portal. After the roof was installed they followed up with phone calls and e-mails. There workmanship was excellent. The prep of the house to ensure no damage was extremely well done.
