I’m so happy for the service work Cool Heat Guys did. Met them six months ago through my Home Warranty… Joel the service technician repaired a very old AC unit June 2022 .. and did an amazing job 7 day before Christmas my heating system went out I reached out through Home Warranty to request Cool Heat Guys again Joel came out diagnose the problem this time I needed a new unit naturally I didn’t want to hear it couldn’t be repaired it had to be replaced. Feeling lost didn’t know what to do. Reached out these guys went above and beyond helping me with affordable information and Roger one of the staff members was so kind and encouraging these guys are awesome. My new unit was ordered …. I was scheduled for Thursday for installing… I received a call on Tuesday to be installed on Wednesday yay …. Joel worked his magic did I mention I’m one satisfied customer …. I highly recommend Cool Heat Guys if you’re having problems. With your AC or heating unit. They are number one in the north west Fl
My home warranty company made the initial contact with them. I had a gentleman come out and within 20 minutes all my issues were fixed. I am so happy with the service.
