Emerald Coast Air Conditioning and Heating

Our AC went out and our Home Warranty company sent Emerald Coast to inspect the system. They determined the compressor was bad and that there would be additional out of pocket expenses upon repairing the system. The tech reported to the warranty company the compressor has not worked in a long time even though the system was inspected 2 weeks prior due to us just buying this house. After the claim was denied we sought out a 2nd opinion. The 2nd AC company immediately determined the compressor was fine and the system had been overcharged with Freon. Our system works great now after the excess Freon was evacuated! Not only does Emerald Coast have incompetent Techs, they run a very shady business. Steer clear of this company. One star because Zero stars wasn’t an option!

I would not recommend this company to any one. They have been to my home servers time to repair my AC it work for maybe 3 to 4 weeks and it's stop. This company is thru my home warranty and it horrible. The technician is really not qualified to do the job I really don't know how they would employ someone like this. This time he came out said that a wire was loss ask me to wait 3 hours then turn the air to cool at the time he's telling me this it didn't make sense I waited and sure enough the air DID NOT COME ON. NOW ONCE AGAIN I'M WITHOUT AIR AND ITS 5PM AND 90 DERGREE OUTSIDE. I have been without my AC for 4 days counting the weekend. Service: A/C system repair

Horrible experience- we went without AC for 28 days & we have 3 small children. Do NOT use this company. 100…. They take their time making appointments, picking up parts, and getting to your house. It was 9 days before they made it to our house. 28 when they still hadn’t picked up the part to fix our AC. I explained we had 3 small children and our house was 84 degrees. UNACCEPTABLE.
