Scheduled 11:00 / 12:00 appointment. No show. Called was told only 1 tech on duty. Gave them benefit of the doubt and waited. Person I spoke with said she would call ahead when tech would be here. Waited until 4:00 called again voice mail. Very poor rude service. Called them numerous times no response. Won’t recommend them to anyone. Full day wasted for no service!!

Came out to fix our system on sat showed up within a couple hours witch was great fan motor quit working had one on the truck which I do think it was a gold one but hey it was a Saturday guy did get us fixed and running thankfully it was very hot inside only thing I didn't agree with was tech told us 80 service fee when he showed up but when he finished and gave us the total it went to 129.00 I never change the price I quote the customer the 1st time if I make a mistake I eat it but as far as getting us done they did the job Owner of Hammer down framing llc Louisville ky.
