Went with this company for my A/C install. When getting the estimate there were some things I brought up that might be issues (other techs that gave me an estimate mentioned these). 1. Will new air handler fit because was told they were bigger now? They responded that they could adjust the platform it's sitting on if needed 2. Do the copper lines need to be replaced? They said that the copper lines usually last 50-60 years but would replace them if needed at no extra cost to me. 3. Air filter was too small. They said they would increase to 20×20 Besides the air filter, it seems that none of the other information was communicated to the installers because they are looking puzzled when lo and behold the new air handler is too big. I tell them that when I got the estimate they said they would do something about the platform. They call someone at the company and I'm not sure what they were told but they are getting frustrated. One of them starts angrily hacking away at the platform the air

First time using Next Generation Air and Heat. I was with my other HVAC company 20yrs plus. I had several installs and gave many a recommendations, however the original owners sold it a few years ago and the new owners lost my business and probably more…. Anyway, I found this company after good reviews on my local neighborhood app and gave them a try. Great experience today from my first call. They answered promptly and scheduled service immediately. They sent a text with a picture of the technician and his expected arrival time and kept me posted the whole way through and arrived early! Michael their tech. Identified the problem immediately and went above and beyond to repair it. He gave me good recommendations and was a wealth of knowledge. My warranty covered the parts, and I had to pay for labor. They aren’t the cheapest game in town, but I highly recommend them if you want it done right. I even bought their preventative maintenance program! Service: HVAC system repair
