Went with this company for my A/C install. When getting the estimate there were some things I brought up that might be issues (other techs that gave me an estimate mentioned these). 1. Will new air handler fit because was told they were bigger now? They responded that they could adjust the platform it's sitting on if needed 2. Do the copper lines need to be replaced? They said that the copper lines usually last 50-60 years but would replace them if needed at no extra cost to me. 3. Air filter was too small. They said they would increase to 20×20 Besides the air filter, it seems that none of the other information was communicated to the installers because they are looking puzzled when lo and behold the new air handler is too big. I tell them that when I got the estimate they said they would do something about the platform. They call someone at the company and I'm not sure what they were told but they are getting frustrated. One of them starts angrily hacking away at the platform the air

These guys are really smart HVAC people, they know their stuff! They have installed a brand new system for me, redid all my duct work, and most recently repaired a drainage line so it won't back up. I also use them for semi-annual maintenance, the annual maintenance plan is so worth it. Highly recommend!!
