After receiving several estimates, we selected Richards Roofing to do our new roof, replacing solatubes covers and adding a solar attic fan. Not only were he and his crew on time, they cleaned up every afternoon even using magnets to make certain they picked up every nail and screw. He kept us informed every step of the way up to and including the warranty at the end of our project. The owner, Richard Geil, and his entire crew were great in every way. They worked hard to get the job done quickly and they left the site looking great. The job passed all inspections and it passed the biggest test so far...a full day of thunderstorms that dumped 3+ inches of rain. No leaks!!! Richards Roofing is truly great company to do business with. We have worked with them on a few occasions now and each time the work was exceptional. They're quick, they're clean and they do a high quality job. Most recently, they did a complete roof installation on our house and my wife and I are very happy with the results. They are meticulous with their work as displayed by the timing for when they installed white shingles so they would not be damaged by the sun and heat of the day. They did a fantastic job and the roof looks wonderful. We highly recommend Richard and his team. Additionally, a couple years ago we had a solar attic vent fan installed that has really made a difference for us. Again, Richards' Roofing did a great job handling the work involved.
