I interviewed five vendors for a replacement AC. Scott was the only one who recommended improving and relocating the ducts for better performance. I recognized that this firm was interested in providing solutions not just equipment. That is what they did. A good installation crew that really takes pride in getting everything right. Not the lowest cost but in my opinion the best value. I will be using them for any AC and electric work that needs to be done. This ENTIRE company ROCKS!!.. from the office, to the techs, to the owner, they all are top notch honest, caring, polite, prompt with fair pricing. They communicate & return calls, take the time to understand your issue. I've had the pleasure of speaking with Scott one time, and Dane ( a tech) who communicated with me while I was at work. It was such a relief to not stress, knowing I was in good hands. They were referred to me, & I now recommend them to everyone I know. Good companies with strong work ethnics are hard to come by these days.. Ask about their Health & Energy Saving Maintenance plan, they come 2x a year to clean out lines and check system..
