I was impressed and very happy with the service I received from North County Cooling from the moment Alyssa answered and scheduled my service call promptly, to Steve who diagnosed my bad condenser coil unit and didn’t try to up sell me a new air handler that he said I didn’t need yet, to Nick and Carlos installing the condenser the next day and fixed two problems with my original install from my the previous company I used many years ago, to finally Christina who handled payment and paperwork! All were very professional and very nice and a pleasure to deal with. My sister also used NCC after my recommendation and was very happy with her service call and installation too. It’s a relief to find an honest, reliable AC service company that I will continue to use and recommend. Service: Install AC
