Sean was excellent ... his customer service is above and beyond.. I had a problem on 12/31 at 530lm and he came to my house at 7pm very professional and friendly. He came back on 01/01 and explained all my options and helped me to make the right decision... I have being a customer of Cooljng Advisors almost for 1 year and the service is always A+ Services: A/C system maintenance, Repair HVAC
I'm not sure if Robert Sr. is from the West Palm office or this one. So I figured I better give this review in both places because great service must be rewarded: Robert Sr serviced our aged system, cleaned it out, and we are good to go. He was very courteous, competent and thorough. I thought the cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend. The updates on arrival via text messages are a nice touch so we knew what was going to happen. Phones answered promptly, efficiently and courteously.
