Marina was extremely helpful and professional. She answered all my questions attentively and went above and beyond! Services: Drain cleaning, Water heater repair
called as i had a clog somewhere in my plumbing lines in the house. They came out as promised but they quoted me $385 to snake my lines + $85 trip charge. To me this seemed very high but i needed working toilets so my hands were tied!! I approved the work but it took the technician less than 20 minutes to clear the line. He was in & out of my house in 45 minutes. I would not use them again due to their pricing. Very high!! Wish i would have asked ahead to time their pricing as i assumed it would have been an hourly rate but the technicians give a quote based on the job! Seems sketchy to me!! I wont use them again.
Marina did a great job answering my plumbing issue questions. It was a pleasure talking to her and put my mind at ease.
