AK Roofing did a wonderful job on our roof. Very professional and had a great crew. Roof was installed quickly and they did a great job of cleaning up after completion.

While our job was a small one, it was causing interior damage due to wind-driven rain into our attic through the roof vents. Rolando came to inspect (thoroughly!) and determined a remedy. He was kind, professional and recognized/acknowledged my concerns. He arranged for the repair quickly, where other contractors would have put it off for more lucrative projects. John came to install and completed the work in record time, showing me the completed job via photos he took afterward. There was a minor concern (absolutely NOT workmanship - that is beyond reproach) that I relayed to Rolando and he was once again kind and responsive, even responding to my text on a Sunday. He arranged for a correction quickly. We have had many unfortunate experiences with contractors over the years, but AK Certified is exemplary in every aspect of their business. I had hurricane damage and needed the roof to be secured. I contacted AK Certified Roofing and within 2 hours Michael had gone to my home, installed a tarp over the hole in my roof, and sent me an estimate for replacement. Other roofers said it would be weeks to get to me, others didn't return my calls. I took several months to settle with my insurance company. When I called AK Certified Roofing, they came right out to finish the required paperwork. I didn't have to do another thing. They ordered the materials, got the permit, replaced my roof, and cleaned up the yard all in a timely fashion. When the roof was done, they ordered a 5 point inspection and provided me with the certificate for my insurance company. Very professional job. The whole company from Michael to the men that worked on my roof to the lady that answered the phone, were all very pleasant and great to work with.
