Completely Satisfied with the service we received!! Curtis showed up with his mask ???? on which made me comfortable from the start. Had a shower that was clogged , had other companies come out in the past unclogged but never lasted . Curtis evaluated the problem and noticed the pipe was filled with grout from the company that did tile work a couple years ago. He worked on it for a bit with his equipment and finally got the shower to drain properly. I was shocked that the tile company did that to our shower and that not one other company mentioned the grout in the pipe . They just plunged it , and charged us . Finally got the service we paid for and needed !! Thank you ASAP plumbing. Service: Drain cleaning

Caveat Emptor...Beware (price gouging) I contacted ASAP plumbers about replacing a hose bib on the outside of my house. They told me they would call AHEAD OF THE APPOINTMENT and would be here between 2 and 5. They showed up without calling at 12 PM. Without calling ahead of time ,they just walked into the backyard we have a big dog and they called me while they were here and told me it would be $325. to use the existing parts and re attach. I'm in the real estate business and I can tell you the parts to replace us would be less than $10 if they use the existing parts. Clearly this company's taken is advantage of people . This job at best should not have cost more than $200. Florida contractors are notorious for ripping people off shop around and get a referral.

I called and they took my info at 1030am. 2.5 hours later did not hear back so I called. the guy verified my info and said the tech would call me. 5 min later I get a call and the tech says I don't service your area. that would have been nice to know 2.5 hours ago.
